I have been professional home organizing since 2008.  It’s a part-time activity–when I’m not organizing, I may be spending time with my honey, doing art/art-related events, cooking, interpreting Spanish in various offices, studying other languages, sewing or knitting, and sometimes meeting up with a friend.
 
My interest in home organizing as a job is from both personal pleasure and a genuine compassion / care for those who are struggling, stressed, and/or overwhelmed by a cluttered and disorganized environment. The whole process of decluttering / organizing things, creating beauty and order in spaces large and small, and seeing the relief and sense of accomplishment in my clients, just…makes me happy and satisfied!

I want to preface this post with a couple of things: First , the project scope for all of these jobs included more than one room, but many of these photo sets only include one.  "Why??", you might ask... Because  I often forget to take before pictures and so have nothing to compare for all the work completed 😦😖😠, and  The change in the worked area after some organizing activities just doesn't look as dramatic, although it makes a very big difference for client.  Second , I believe the majority of people who need my services think that their organizing mess is insurmountable and "fixing it" will take much longer than it really does.  It's astounding what you can accomplish with someone's help in just a few hours! 10+ Places to Hand Off Decluttered Stuff, near Jacksonville, Florida

This is simply a resource for places where you can dispose of or hand off items you may want to edit from your household, other than selling it yourself.  Selling things on eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or via yard sale just doesn't work for some people, and most clients I've worked with are more inclined to simply give things away to friends, family, neighbors, or second-hand outlets.                                                        Nassua County Recycling Center   The three most common 2nd-hand options are:   Typical thrift shops Consignment stores, and  Recycling centers But turning things over to thrift shops feels even better when the shop you donate to has a purpose you can "get on board with", so below I've listed numerous thrift stores in the Nassau and Duval county areas that are known for their support of various causes (highlighted in green), such as local community low-income citizens, the homeless, pets, survivors of domestic vi

2 Categories of Clutterers
